✦ i'm allowed to decline any commission i feel uncomfortable with.
✦ i'll hold onto your files through google drive for 1 week due to needing space, if you need more time let me know! please download and backup your commission files. if for some reason you no longer have the files, I can not be held responsible.
✦ i will not work with you if you have assets that are made by AI or NFTs.
✦ i will not remake previous client's work or make replicas of other works!
✦ do not edit, change, redistribute or resell my work without my permission!
✦ you are responsible for making sure the assets you provide to me are allowed to be used in your request, that is not my responsibility. Please respect your artists and their terms of service / hard work as well!
✦ i am not responsible for your commission not being accepted by twitch, youtube etc. that is your responsibility as the commissioner to ensure it will be allowed.
✦ details of the artwork may be simplified due to the style of the drawingUSAGE & RIGHTS — ★
✦ anything you commission from me must be credited properly!
✦ do not claim my work as your own or redistribute / sell my works.
✦ all of my works are for personal use only by default, commercial use is only available after paying a commercial use fee. Unless stated in the description of the commission.
✦ art for merchandise is an additional 100% of the original price.
✦ i will be posting your commissions to my social media to use for my portfolio and examples. If you wish for me to not do so, then please let me know when ordering as there will be an additional fee added. This does not count for video editing commissions as I will automatically wait till after the videos are posted. ( do please post it within 2 weeks )
✦ using my work for AI or NFT development / sales is strictly prohibited!PAYMENTS — ☾
✦ please only commission me when you have the funds available.
✦ i will start on your commission once either full or half {50%} of the payment is received. if paying only half and half {50%} upfront, i will not give you the files to your commission until it is paid in full. YCH's are not allowed to have half payments.
✦ you will not request a chargeback, if you do so you will be blacklisted!
✦ my prices are given in euro’sREVISIONS — ★
✦ you are allowed up to 3 revisions, otherwise there will be an additional fee of €5 per revision. if it is my own fault (ex. forgetting a detail, misuse of colors etc.) the fee will not apply.
✦ if you have revisions that deem to be quite difficult or needs me to change most of the design there will be an additional fee added to your order
✦ Only minor revisions after the sketch and non after the flat colors .DEADLINES — ☾
✦ please don't rush me, contact me for a deadline.
✦ you can visit my trello to track the progress of all commissions.
✦ rush orders will be completed within 1-3 day with an additional fee of 50% of the original price.REFUNDS — ★
✦ if i have not started your commission and you'd like a refund, please let me know but you will be held responsible for the transaction fees.
✦ once i start your commission you will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you have not received the piece yet after our agreed deadline and it has passed 2 months since the agreed deadline you're entitled to a full refund.
✦ if i miss our agreed upon deadline due to client failing to give me feedback in a timely manner or asking for revisions and changes close to the deadline, then you will not be eligible for a refund as i can not proceed unless you communicate with me.
✦ i have the right to cancel orders i am uncomfortable with doing / if you become uncomfortable to work with. If a situation like that occurs you will be given a partial refund meaning you will receive a refund for the amount of work i have left to do minus transaction fees.

✦ if you can't respond in a timely manner, your commission will be pushed back to accommodate my work load.
✦ I am not responsible if the project exceeds the due date due to the commissioner not being able to communicate.
✦ Any pushy behavior, guilt tripping, rude or gross behavior will result in a canceled commission and will get you blacklisted
